2nd Floor Bathroom Remodel with custom Cabinets

Complete Bathroom remodel. Project consisted of demolition of exsisting 4'x9' Bath
down to wall studs, creating a new area for vanity cabinets by cutting adjoining bedroom's closet space in half. A new
energy efficent window. Insulation of entire area including floors,walls, ceiling and all water and waste pipes. Tile floor
with electric radiant heat under tile. Custom designed and built cabinets.
Ozerkis residence, Richmond, MA. New Front Porch/entry using
2x6 Cedar decking
Spates Resisdence, Otis MA. This project consisted of removing the vinyl siding and
installing Eastern White Cedar Log siding, removing the exsiting asphalt shingles and replacing them with a 40 year Warranted
Standing Seam Metal roof. Installing new energy efficent Anderson windows that meet the new energy credit guidlines plus the
addtion of a full length farmers porch.
