There are 3 different options to purchase a Log Cabin kit from Nicoll Carpentry.

1. Log Kit only. This option only includes the pre-cut Logs, Gasket Material and screws supplied from Linclon Logs. This is the cheapest way and is for those who intend to build the cabin and purchase their own materials (Framing, doors/windows and roof material).

2. Complete Watertight Materials Package. This option includes the Log Kit plus all the materials needed to get the building to a watertight state of construction (Ready for machanicals, electric, plumbing and interior finish (not included with this package)). Click on picture to the left for an example. This is for the materials only and dose not include the labor to assemble the kit, call if you would like a quote to have us assemble this kit for you.

3. Turnkey. This option is to have Nicoll Carpentry LLC build the complete project. This option when completed is in ready to move-in condtion. It includes.
