Chesterwood; Is
the summer home of Daniel Chester French, which is located in Stockbridge Massachusetts. Mr. French is
most well-known for the sculpting of the Lincoln National Memorial in Washington, D.C. This his summer home
is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The project consisted of repairing the sourrounding Kitchen Courtyard
fencing along with the House's side porch using period correct materials with respect to the architecture of the
time.
