fabrication, shop drawing production and construction work in place.
- Order and expedite the delivery of all material.

- Prepare and implement subcontract agreements

Compliance: Nicoll Carpentry Homes are built to comply with nationally accepted building
codes including BOCA Basic Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical code as well as the National Electric code.
Webber House in Charlemont, MA
under construction in 2008 is a Pioneer Model #206a, 24'x32' w/Log gables and
built without the front porch. Construction in a sloping field enabled us to do a full walkout
basement thus
doubling the living space of this cozy 2 bedroom Cabin.
